These Terms of Service govern your use of Planly, an event planning platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Planly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using Planly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@planly.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Use of the Platform

Planly is provided for lawful event planning purposes only. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, collect data without consent, violate any applicable law, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access at our discretion.

Guest Data Responsibility

When you add guest contact information to the platform, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent to store and use that information for event planning purposes, including sending invitations and reminders. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Messaging Credits

Messaging credits are consumed when messages are sent via WhatsApp or SMS. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits on paid plans do not roll over between events unless explicitly stated in your plan description.

Plans and Payments

Paid plans are priced per event. By upgrading a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice, and continued use of a plan after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Planly — including the software, design, and text — are owned by Planly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Planly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
