Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Planly is committed to making its website usable by people with disabilities, in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (WCAG 2.0 Level AA) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (Adjustments for Accessible Service), 5763-2013.

Compliance Target

This website targets conformance with WCAG 2.0 Level AA, as required by IS 5568. We have reviewed and adjusted semantic structure, keyboard navigation, form labeling, color contrast, focus indicators, and screen reader support across the site, and we continue to test and improve these areas on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility Measures Taken

Pages include a skip-to-content link, labeled landmarks, and a logical heading structure. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators. Forms use properly associated labels and announce errors to assistive technology. Text and interface colors meet the required contrast ratios. The interface fully supports both Hebrew (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right) layouts, with the page language and direction set correctly for each.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site are still being improved. The visual seating-plan/table editor is primarily a drag-and-drop canvas tool; keyboard users can select and move focus between elements, and a keyboard equivalent for resizing objects is provided, but the overall editing experience is most complete with a mouse or touch input. Generated invitation and floor-plan PDF exports are visual documents and are not yet verified for accessible reading order; treat PDF exports as supplementary, not as the primary accessible version of your content. If you encounter any other barrier, please contact us using the details below.

Complaints and Feedback

If you experience any accessibility difficulty using this website, or have feedback on how we can improve, please contact us at accessibility@planly.app or by phone at +972 52-9246269. We aim to respond to accessibility complaints within a reasonable time as required by law.
